• To sync, store, and analyze your health data inside the app

Sharing

Your data is not intended for public sharing by default. Friend or invite features should only be used when you choose to involve someone else.

Deletion

You can ask for data removal or use in-app deletion features where available. Some operational logs may persist briefly in backups.
